Native to Pennsylvania all my life my husband and I moved to Gulfport, Mississippi in 1996 because my sister's husband was stationed at the Naval Base and she said the area was growing and there were lots of opportunities. I worked full-time at a casino and also part-time at a veterinary clinic where I started off in kennels and that's where my love for veterinary medicine grew. I then went full-time at one clinic working part-time at another clinic, and then started doing veterinary assistant work. 

In 2005, we got hit by Hurricane Katrina so then we moved back home to Pennsylvania. I have been working at veterinary clinics ever since and have been in veterinary medicine for over 25 years. 

My husband and I have two Australian cattle dogs named Zoey and Roo. We currently reside in Franklin, PA.
